Through our navigator’s interview, we learned sake production process firsthand at Sennenichi Brewery. From October through March, dedicated brewers work from 6 AM until evening, crafting sake with remarkable dedication. This labor of love spans the winter months, with excellence created drop by drop, where passion truly meets.
